By submitting you hereby irrevocably consent to recording, broadcasting and any animated use and distribution of reproductions of the Artists voice, name, appearance and performance as part of UG Radio.

Artist does hereby acknowledge that ("UG RADIO") is the sole owner of all rights in and to under ugradio.online and or ugtv.online, and the use of and any recording(s), animation use thereof, as "works made for hire" pursuant to 17 USC §101, et.seq., for all purposes; and that Ug Radio has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit and distribute, and any Artist's performance as embodied therein in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials relating to the production and distribution of the track submitted ("Materials") become property of Ug Radio and Ug Radio shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Nothing contained in this submittal Release Agreement shall be construed to obligate Ug Radio to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by Ug Radio, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the track or Materials whatsoever.

Artist understands and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation for appearances, animation use, recordings, music on and participation in the track. Artist's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the track, but not as an endorsement of any product or service Artist hereby releases and discharges Ug Radio from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above- mentioned production.
